1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of the L2Family.net website, game servers, account panel, and related services (together "Services"). Use of Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other server rules.

2. Ownership and License

All content, features, and functionality (including game data, characters, items, and accounts) are the property of L2Family.net. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the Services for personal entertainment.

• In-Game Items: You acknowledge that you do not own the account, characters, or virtual items. These remain the property of L2Family.net.

3. Accounts and Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from shared or compromised accounts.

4. Age Requirement

Services are intended for users aged 13 or older. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Services.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments made to L2Family.net are considered purchases for virtual goods/benefits, not non-refundable donations.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Virtual items have no monetary value outside of the Service.
• Benefits are subject to forfeiture if the account is banned due to rule violations.

6. Rules & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may lead to bans without refund:

• Cheating/Exploiting: Using bots, third-party software, or exploiting bugs.
• Real Money Trading (RMT): Trading accounts or items for real-world currency.
• Harassment/Scamming: Abuse or threats against other players or staff.

7. Content & User Conduct

You are responsible for content you post (e.g., chat, forum posts). We may remove user content that violates rules or is reported, at our sole discretion.

8. Service Availability and Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is". Downtime or maintenance may occur. We are not liable for gameplay progress loss due to server issues.

9. Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any previously made purchases.

10. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless L2Family.net and its staff from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of GERMANY. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of DRESDEN, GERMANY.
