1 The Trial of Blood
Talk to Prefect Karukia in the King's Hall at the Orc Village. She tasks you with hunting Goblin Tomb Raider Leaders until Kuruka Ratman Leaders appear.
Go to the Immortal Plateau (Northern Region). Collect 10 Kuruka Ratman Teeth from the Ratman Leaders.
2 The Betrayers
Return to Karukia. She sends you to Gludin Village to speak with Prefect Kasman in the Orc Guild.
Kasman orders you to hunt Umbar Orcs. Go to the Spider Nest and kill them until you collect 2 Betrayer's Heads. Return to Kasman to finish the trial.
Congratulations!
Upon reaching Level 20, visit any High Prefect to officially become an Orc Raider.
